(ur. 1984 w Warszawie)
Ukończył Akademię Sztuk Pięknych w Warszawie na wydziale rzeźby oraz socjologię na Uniwersytecie Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego. Dyplom Universale prezentowany podczas wystawy najlepszych dyplomów ASP Coming Out (2015). Autor nagrody Europejskiego Forum Nowych Idei dla Lecha Wałęsy (2013) oraz tablicy Krzysztofa Klenczona w amfiteatrze w Pułtusku (2015). Wyróżniony w Międzynarodowym Konkursie Sportu i Sztuki za rzeźbę Cyklista (2012) oraz w zestawieniu Future Now - stu najciekawszych współczesnych artystów wg Aesthetica Art Prize (2016). Pomysłodawca i organizator projektu akademickiego Granice Rzeźby (2012) oraz współtwórca festiwalu nauki i sztuki Perseidalia (2013).
Krzysztof Renes należy do trzeciego pokolenia rodziny rzemieślników tworzących w metalu. Realizuje i rozwija własne techniki, korzysta z rozwiązań nowoczesnego przemysłu konfrontując go z tradycyjnym językiem rzeźby. Eksploruje przestrzeń dwuwymiarową w rzeźbie gdzie szkic płaski, przestrzenny, rysunek i rzeźba są tożsame, 2D=3D. Poprzez swoją twórczość poszukuje rysów kultury które są odbiciem jej początków a także jej granic w wymiarze technologicznym i kulturowym. Jego prace zawsze są formą dualizmu, działania na pograniczu figury i abstrakcji, tradycji i nowoczesności, kultury i natury. Choć niemal wszystkie prace są odbiciem wizerunku człowieka, to dla autora nie jest to jedynie sztuka figuratywna. Ciało poddane przekształceniu jest tutaj nośnikiem treści, symboli czy emocji - znakiem w przestrzeni.
Komercyjnie współpracuje z rynkiem sportowym i biznesem, tworząc nagrody i statuetki na elitarne wydarzenia jak Gala Mistrzów Sportu, Europejskie Forum Nowych Idei czy Gala Ekstraklasy.
