Participation in stationary auctions conducted by the ToTuart Auction House is free of charge and can be taken in person, by phone or on request with a specified limit. To do this, complete a short application form:

If you want to bid in person:

Come to the Gallery at least 20 minutes before the auction starts. Have your ID card, driving license or passport ready to verify your details. Then collect a lollipop that entitles you to bid. Sit back and good luck!

You can also complete the live bidding application form at home. Click here to print and complete it. Then bring the completed form together with the identity document (ID card, driving license or passport) to the Gallery at least 20 minutes before the start of the Auction.

Payment for the Object purchased at the Auction must be made within 10 working days from the end of the auction. This can be done by card, cash or to our bank account number. Remember that we add 20% of the auction fee and possible droit de suite fees to each auctioned Property, not exceeding 5%.

Paid Objects can be picked up at the headquarters of our Gallery in Warsaw. Each item will be packed securely, and in some cases will be delivered personally to the customer by the Auction House staff.
If you want to bid online:
1. Go to the website of the selected auction, click bid online, register as a new customer or log in to your customer account.
2. Wait for confirmation of registration for the selected auction. If you are bidding for the first time, you will need to confirm your identity with a document confirming it (i.e. ID card, driving license or passport).
3.Once you receive confirmation, you can place a limit bid order through the site, or wait until the day of the auction and bid live with the venue.
4. If you want to bid live, please visit totuart.com at the start or end of the auction and click the “bid live” button. After clicking the webcam button, a live image from the auction room will appear, thanks to which you can follow the course of the auction.
5. If you manage to bid your dream object, pay for it within 14 days from the day of the auction. We accept payment in cash, by card or by bank transfer to the account number indicated on the invoice that you will receive from our employee. Remember that an auction fee of 20% is added to the hammer price and in some cases also a fee for the so-called droit de suite at the rate of 5%
6. You can pick up your purchases individually in our gallery in Warsaw. For an additional fee, we can pack them in a safe packaging and send them by courier.

If you want to bid by phone:

By clicking here download and complete the application . Remember to provide at least two telephone numbers, and if you are bidding for the first time, remember to enter your personal data correctly. You can submit the completed application personally in our Gallery or send it to the e-mail address – biuro@totuart.com. If the details are correct, your application will be approved.

About an hour before the start of the bidding, our employee will call you to check the quality of the connection and verify the correctness of the data entered by you.

If you want to bid with a certain limit:

Remember to provide the item number or numbers and define the limit, which should be consistent with the increment table and expressed in Polish currency. If the specified limit does not coincide with the increment, it will be increased accordingly. Also remember that the limit amount does not include additional fees for the auction fee and droit de suite. The completed form can be submitted in person, not less than one day before the Auction, or by sending it to the e-mail address: biuro@totuart.com.
