Lawyer’s office

How to build the right impression in the office?

An attorney who wants to build prestige and trust should pay attention to the colors in the office. The bronze palette, noble materials such as wood, stone, silk will help build the right impression. The right art will also help. What is needed are authentic and unique objects with the value of timelessness. An expensive picture on the wall or a valuable sculpture will give the impression of stability and justify the amount of the fee. Sounds prosaic? Not necessarily. In everyday business practice, such decisions translate into ultimate success. The much sought-after Olbiński and his Taurus come to mind – “Art of the Deal”, an exclusive item that indicates an optimistic person striving for agreement. A painting by Edward Dwurnik, preferably from the 1980s, will be a good idea on the wall, which immediately sends the right message: you are in the office of a serious person, with an established position in the industry.

A divorce attorney should think about colors that have a calming effect – a palette of blue and a complementary yellow. Soft sofas, warm materials such as velvet, corduroy, and details related to home decor – stucco or paneling. The walls should feature classic paintings that create an impression of stability, perhaps slightly sentimental, referring to feelings. Our suggestion are beautiful paintings by Wojciech Cieśniewski, using the iconography of classic romances, and Józef Wilkoń, bringing back childhood memories.

A modern-minded lawyer, looking for business among younger clients, startups, new industries, can base the interior design on modern designer furniture, complemented by young but valuable painting art. Our hints are the abstractions of Aleksandra Prusinowska, a Gdańsk painter, who is now slightly in her thirties, or Adam Bakalarz, who makes designer canvases, with a slightly constructivist flair, an artist of a similar age.

THE PSYCHOLOGY OF COLOR

What colors will be used in the office will affect relations with clients. We recommend choosing the blue palette, which brings peace and gentleness to the interior. In such a place, gray will also work great, which is associated with reliability and professionalism.

The art of the deal

An example of a sculpture that will fit perfectly into the atmosphere of this interior is “The art of deal” by Rałaf Olbiński. This is a sculpture that was created in 2021. It is made of bronze. It measures 28 cm in height, 43 cm in length and represents the trend known as magical realism.

Edward Dwurnik

An outstanding Polish painter and graphic artist, one of the most recognizable personalities of Polish contemporary art. The only Polish artist who managed to achieve international success before the transformation (including participation in “documenta 7” in Kassel in 1982). Also – the only artist who, regardless of recognition in professional circles, has become popular in all circles of art consumers. Reluctant and provocative, changeable and unpredictable, full of devilish sense of humor, to this day arouses extreme reactions and movement, also among the young generation of artists.

He was born in 1943 in Radzymin.

In 1963-70 he studied painting, graphics and sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
